1- GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND DEFINITIONS
This Information Text is prepared by ADN Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. It has been prepared regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of e-commerce, blog, corporate web design, SEO, Google Ads, SSL Certificate and Web hosting services offered by (referred to as "ADN Bilişim"). ADN Bilisim, which is the "data controller" within the scope of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), provides information to its users through this text.

3- OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
ADN Bilisim provides its users with a text explaining the purpose of processing personal data, method of use, transfer conditions and the rights of data subjects. In addition, it strives to prevent unlawful processing of personal data by taking data security measures.

9- STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is destroyed by ADN Bilisim when the purpose of processing ceases and the legal retention period expires.
10- RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
Relevant persons have various rights regarding their personal data by applying to ADN Bilisim. These rights include the right to receive information, correction, deletion and objection.
11- APPLICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER
Persons whose personal data are processed can apply to ADN Bilisim to exercise their rights within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Applications can be made in writing, via the KEP address or with an electronic signature.
